This site is a B2B or business to business facility for CBS customers.
If you are already trading with CBS Foodtech Pty Ltd then all you need to do is contact us on info@cbsfoodtech.com.au and let us know that you wish to set up a Webshop account.
If you are not a current CBS Customer then you will need to establish an account with us and provide your business details, shipping addresses, ABN/ACN, primary contact details. Once that is established we can then set you up with a Webshop account.
For Customers with a CBS trading credit facility:
If you account is trading within agreed terms then payment can be via your CBS Account or if not then via the Credit Card portal.
For Prepaid custostomer:
Payment can be made via the Credit Card portal.
Payment via credit card is made via a secure gateway to the Westpac Payway system.
Credit card details are never made available to CBS systems or CBS staff.
Orders Tracking and Returns
If a product is noted as Out of Stock with a grey “Add to Cart” button it cannot be added to your cart, unless it is a CBS or Meister Spice blended product when it will be added to the blending production schedule. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about upcoming availability of any Out of Stock products.
Depending on your choice of delivery method, a tracking number will be provided to advise you via your confirmation email. Please use the respective carriers tracking system for updates and ETAs.
For products ordered in error, returned to CBS unopened and in undamaged packaging at the purchasers cost, CBS will provide an account credit. CBS reserves the right to charge an appropriate restocking fee.
Please contact CBS by phone or email to discuss any return of products.
We will confirm receipt of any returned product.
Returns will only be accepted in unused and undamaged condition. In the case of an error by CBS we will pay for the return freight. In all other cases return freight will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer and no responsibility will be taken for returned goods until they have been received by CBS Foodtech Pty Ltd at our Warriewood depot.
If you are an account customer and your account is currently within terms, then you may select Invoice or Credit Card as your method of payment. If you select Invoice, then the total price including the cost for the chosen method of delivery, will be added to your account, which is subject to your current credit terms agreement with CBS.
If you are not an account customer or your account is currently not in terms, then you will only have the option to pay by Credit Card and on confirming your order, your nominated card will be debited for the total price including the cost for the chosen method of delivery.
Current delivery options are Border Express, Express Post via Auspost and Pickup.
For smaller orders Express Post will be offered along side Border Express.
Pickup is always available from our Warriewood depot if you would like to arrange your own transport. If you are using a 3rd party carrier, please contact CBS to advise carrier and estimated date of pick up. Note that our warehouse is open for pickups Monday to Friday between the hours of 0730 to 1600.
Transport costs are based on weight and volume of the order, which are calculated live by the carriers API to your delivery address. The costs are displayed prior to confirming your order.
For items that will fit into an Express Post bag there is a flat rate charge as nominated during the checkout process.

Generally each CBS or Meister Spice blended product is suitable for a 20kg finished batch. Usage rates or finished batch sizes can be found on the downloadable specification sheet for all items.
Bulk packs are often available with the same formulation, for use where you are happy to weigh up the required amount to suit your batch size.
Our ingredients, spices and pre-mixed blends are for red meat, smallgoods, poultry, hams and bacon, sausages and bratwurst, convenience foods, ready meals and finished butcher's products.
We have divided our products up into 8 defining functions:
Cultures, Brines & Cures, Functional Flavours, Sausages & Bratwurst, Marinades Rubs & Glazes, Pure Herbs & Spices,Vendor Blends, House Blends & Custom Blends.

Questions about Consumables/Further Information
Generally each casing includes details of its dimensions. Diameter followed by length. Choose the casing according to the type of product you make. Casings are generally purchased by the bundle, carton or box. The item card for each product will note the purchase unit.
Our consumables are for the processing of smallgoods, poultry, hams and bacon, sausages and bratwurst, convenience foods, ready meals and finished butcher's products.
We have divided our consumables up into 6 types:
Chemicals, Casings & Nets, Casing Clips, Loops & Twine, Miscellaneous and Vacuum Bags.

Introduction
